Making Technology Feel Simple Again

Technology has changed the way we live, connect, and communicate—but for many mature adults, it can feel more like a barrier than a bridge. At Rise and Renew Life, my goal is to make technology approachable, empowering, and even enjoyable.

Is This for You?

  • Do you feel left behind by technology?
  • Are you a caregiver or a family member seeking tech help for your loved one?
  • Are you a retiree but want to stay active and connected with friends and family online?
  • Do you sometimes wish you didn’t have to leave home for banking?

Guidance Rooted in Experience

You’re not alone. I’ve been a technology enthusiast since the 1980s and earned my certification to teach adults in the UK in 2001 and in California in 2007. With patience and practical methods, I help older adults overcome the barriers that often make technology feel intimidating—from security concerns to physical or cognitive challenges.

Digital literacy can open new doors: clearer communication, access to essential services, mental stimulation, and a sense of empowerment in an online world.
