As I continue my certification with the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I offer a whole-person approach that blends evidence-based education with compassionate, real-life guidance. What Holistic Nutrition Support Looks Like

Holistic nutrition guidance focuses on education, awareness, and encouragement, and may include:

  • A thoughtful review of your current diet and lifestyle to identify opportunities for nourishment

  • Gentle habit-building support that meets you where you are without judgment or pressure

Nutrition Wellness Guidance- Donation-based service

  • Services are offered on a donation basis to keep them accessible and stress-free.
  • For in-person visits, gas expenses are to be covered in advance. Depending on distance, this is typically between $10 - $15 per visit.
  • Beyond travel costs, contributions are voluntary and reflect the value you place on the service.

Holistic nutrition does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, nor does it replace medical care. Instead, it offers guidance, education, and tools to help you better understand your body and make nourishing choices that support long-term wellbeing.
